Return & Exchange Policy


You may return or exchange items if they do not match your expectations, under the following conditions:


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Start your return via your order history or contact sale@slqgsale.com to make your return request.


How to return:


Log into your customer account. (If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email.)


Go to My Account > My Orders, select your order, and click Request a return.

Complete the return form:

Select the items to return.

Choose return type: "standard" (wrong size, changed mind) or "defect/error".

Select refund method: voucher or refund.

Provide return reasons and optional images or comments.

Confirm your return request.


You’ll receive a confirmation email with the return instructions and label.


Important Notes:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original labels.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

If the original packaging is damaged, you may use your own secure packaging.

Non-compliant returns will not be refunded.


Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed, you will receive a full refund minus shipping fees to your original method of payment, refunds may take approximately 20 business days to be credited to your account.
