We sometimes require around 3-5 business days to process and pack each order with care if the items ship from our warehouse, (regardless of shipping method)and shipping requires on average an additional 3-5 business days, so you can expect to receive your clothing 7-9 business days after placing your order. (During the busy holiday season, please understand that these times may be longer.)

We ship our orders worldwide; Europe via DHL or EMS, outside the EU, delivery is by the local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send your package to a PO Box or reply number.

Import duties and customs

For products' taxes, customs duties and import charges may be levied by the destination country (the 'import charges'). All customs and import charges will be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and must be paid before receiving the

package.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on these charges. And because regulations and import charges vary from country to country, we cannot tell you what these amounts will be. You can avoid

surprises by contacting your local customs office and asking what the charges

will be.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your order. You will be provided with the shipping cost $5.00 for your order during the checkout process. We also offer free domestic shipping for any order over $99.00.

Tracking Your Clothing On its Way to You

Our Store keeps you informed every step of the way. When you place your order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation containing your order by email right away. When your order is shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information, so you can click to view shipping progress. You can also log into your account with us to view your order status at any time.
